Thompson First Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant/Contracts Administrator for Contract-to-Hire position for a local client in Aston, PA.
Candidates that have a background communicating with external and internal customers, accurately input orders, maintain records, and ensuring contract requirements are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Develop contracts/subcontracts and related purchase orders
Work across the organization with multiple disciplines for input and approval
Manage handling of contract documentation
Prequalify vendors
Manage changes to specifications and orders
Handle purchase order creation and review
Provide overall support to the business as required
Some positions involve/require supervisory experience
Contract Administrator Responsibilities:
Experience administering contracts
Familiarity with manufacturing industry
Strong computer and systems skills
Knowledge of ERP programs a plus
