Thompson First Group is seeking a Manufacturing Clerk for a temporary to permanent opportunity for a local client in Aston, PA.
The right candidate will have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in an office/administrative environment, strong computer proficiency and attention to detail, and the willingness and ability to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization and spend significant time on the shop floor. The candidate must be organized and a motivated self-starter who is able to plan and track their responsibilities, priorities, and projects.
Experience working in a manufacturing setting, experience using Visual Manufacturing or another ERP, and Lean Six Sigma certification are major pluses!
Job Description:
Utilizes our ERP System
Utilize Microsoft office applications
1-2 years of Manufacturing experience
Ability to read and understand documents written in standard English
Ability to read and interpret production drawings and work instructions
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Be safety and quality-oriented, accountable, dependable, reliable, productive, ethical, a strong communicator, innovative, a team player, and have a positive attitude
Four day workweek (Mon-Thurs) and WEEKLY PAY!
