Thompson First Group is currently seeking a Quality Control Manager for a local client in Hunt Valley, MD.
Responsibilities
To oversee adherence to company GMP policies through monitoring internal and external audits as well as through feedback with the customer base. Responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of quality policy, HACCP prerequisite programs and quality systems,
Duties and Responsibilities
Development/ management of SOP manual
Development/ management of QC policy, procedures, personnel
Development, review, management GMP audits
Participation in development and review of S.I. P.
Maintenance of pest control
Maintenance of MSDS and chemical list
Review of any registration requirements
Development and maintenance of material status (pending, approved, rejected)
Development or acquisition of rework procedures
Perform raw material/ component inspections
Development of audit program for COA’s with suppliers
Develop and manage line sheets and sampling plans
Communicate with customers on QA/C issues
