Thompson First Group is hiring a Full time Recruiter that will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment within the Mid-Atlantic region and the role itself will be based out of our Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate will be success-driven and experienced in recruiting and retaining quality employees.
Responsibilities:
Executing a recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Utilizing existing databases, cold calling, job boards, referrals, networking, etc
Coordinating with Account Managers to ensure that all open positions are fulfilled and employees are managed effectively
Managing a database of current and past employees; scheduling interviews and communicating to field staff on who’s reporting where
Applying policies and procedures to each employee professionally and proficiently
Proactively sources applicants and qualified candidates for open positions
