Thompson First Group is hiring a Full time Recruiting Manager / Lead Technical Recruiter that will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment within the National region and the role itself will be based out of our Wilmington, DE office. This Lead Technical Recruiter will support our Warehouse and Manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be success-driven and experienced in recruiting and retaining quality employees and have experience within the Manufacturing and Warehousing Industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to fulfill staffing needs
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including employee orientation and paperwork completion
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Utilize HRIS systems to track candidate information, manage job postings, and generate reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with ATS systems for candidate tracking and reporting
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively partner with hiring managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate screening and interviews
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment goals
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment processes
