Thompson First Group is seeking Production Associates for temporary to permanent opportunities for a local client in New Castle, DE.
Pay Rate:
$15/hr + 10% shift differential (up to $16.50/hr)

Current openings are on3rd shift
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11pm-730am
Job Description:
Perform assembly operations of products manufactured in the Plastic Department
Trimming of products
Visual inspection of plastic products•
Packing of product
Communicating issues with supervision and technical personnel
Operating auxiliary equipment needed to produce finished goods and work in process (WIP)
Any assignment as directed per management within the scope of personal capabilities
Ability to perform all Packer level assignments
Quality control inspections per customer or Zenith specifications
Participate in department meetings
Lifting of up to 35 pounds frequently
Able to stand for duration of shift
Works according to priorities set by the Production Manager
Operation of the riveting machine
